Injuries spotted on BUET student Fardin's head, chest: doctor

The physician said that Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) student Fardin Noor alias Parash has been killed.

Resident doctor of Narayanganj General Hospital Sheikh Farhad gave this information after the autopsy at around 11:30 on Tuesday.

Naval police recovered Fardin’s body from Shitalakshya river behind Lakshmi Narayan Cotton Mill near Banani Ghat under Siddhirganj police station on Monday night three days after his disappearance.

After the autopsy, doctor told reporters, “Different parts of Fardin’s head were injured. There are marks of injury inside the chest. Initially, we realized, it must be murder. A report will be given soon after the post-mortem.”
