Verdict on Dia-Rajib deaths' case on Dec 1

A Dhaka court will deliver verdict on December 1 in a case filed over a road accident that killed two college students in the capital last year.The accused are Jabal-e-Noor Paribahans' two drivers - Masum Billah and Zobair Hossain Sumon, two helpers - Enayet Hossain and Kazi Asad and two owners - Jahangir Alam and Shahadat Hossain.
Abdul Karim Rajib, 18, and Dia Khanam Mim, 17, of Shaheed Ramiz Uddin Cantonment College, were run over and killed by a bus on July 29.
The incident took place as two buses of Jabal-e-Noor Paribahan were driving recklessly on Airport Road.
The deaths of two young student sparked an unpreceded firestorm of protest across the country.
