Bangladesh has recorded 35 Covid-19 deaths in the last 24 hours, according to a press release issued by the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) on Saturday.

The total number of deaths has now reached 6,807 and a total of 4,75,879 people were infected with the virus in the country.

At least 1,888 new infections were recorded in the meantime, said the release.
