Shakib Al Hasan, Bangladesh ace all-rounder, has become the new Brand Ambassador of Grameenphone, the leading telecom company of the country.

From now on, the Test and T20 captain of the Tigers will work together with Grameenphone to inspire and build an empowered digital society. He will walk with Grameenphone to the path of social empowerment and national development, said a press release.

On this occasion, Yasir Azman, Deputy CEO and CMO of Grameenphone, said, “Shakib Al Hasan has long established himself as a reliable cricketer and a national icon. The combination seems a natural fit as Grameenphone is also considered to be the most reliable mobile network in Bangladesh. So, our team and Shakib Al Hasan are looking forward to making this an inspiring partnership that will have a positive impact on the country.”
