Couple's bodies recovered in Kushtia

Police recovered the bodies of a couple at Purbasha village in Kumarkhali upazila of Kushtia on Friday morning. 

The deceased were identified as Bipul Kumar Roy, 29, hailed from Shailakupa upazila of Jhenaidah and Sohagi Rani, 25, daughter of Barat Mandol of the village.

Bipul Kumar Roy has been living in his father-in-law's house.

Kushtia police superintendent SM Tanvir Arafat said it is initially suspected that the husband committed suicide after killing his wife. Details in this regard will be available after the autopsy.
