Actor Saleh Ahmed passes away

The Independence Award winning actor Saleh Ahmed has passed away at the age of 83 (Inna lillahi … raji'un). 

He breathed his last around 2:33pm on Wednesday while undergoing treatment at Dhaka’s Apollo Hospital, said his cousin and actor Ahsanul Haq Minu.

Saleh Ahmed enthralled audiences with his performances in several plays of Humayun Ahmed and films in the 1990s.
