Ayub Bachchu's first death anniversary being observed

The first death anniversary of legendary singer, guitarist, composer, songwriter and musician Ayub Bachchu is being observed on Friday.

Different cultural organisations, television channels, radio stations and fan communities of this legendary rockstar have chalked out elaborate programmes to pay tributes to him.

The country's private TV channels are airing different kinds of programmes marking his first death anniversary.

A milad mahfil and discussion will be held at a community hall in Moghbazar of the city which will be joined by his friends and family members along with his contemporary artistes.

Chittagong Musical Band Association (CMBA), founded by Ayub Bachchu, is arranging a seminar at Chattogram Press Club.

Ayub Bachchu, also founder and frontman of popular music band LRB (Love Runs Blind), died of a cardiac arrest on October 18, 2018.
