Floating market in Rangamati featured in The Guardian’s ‘Photos of the day’

A vibrant image of the floating market on Kaptai Lake in Rangamati, Bangladesh, has been selected for British newspaper The Guardian’s prestigious “Photos of the Day” gallery.

The Guardian’s picture editors curate striking photographs from around the world daily, publishing them on its website. 

On Tuesday, June 16, the publication featured a total of 14 images from across the globe, with the Rangamati floating market earning a prominent spot among them.
