Gazette notification issued on CJ’s going abroad

The government has issued a gazette notification allowing Chief Justice Surendra Kumar Sinha to leave the country for Australia on leave. 

The law ministry issued the gazette notification on Thursday after President Abdul Hamid yesterday gave consent to the CJ’s leaving for Australia.

Following the gazette notification, CJ Sinha, who is in a month's leave, can go abroad anytime.
