Ershad doesn't cast vote

Jatiya Party Chairman HM Ershad didn't cast his vote in the 11th parliamentary election on Sunday. 

Ershad's Deputy Press Secretary Khandaker Delwar Jalali said that Ershad couldn't cast his vote traveling to Rangpur as he is sick.    

Ershad is Jatiya Party candidate for Dhaka-17 constituency and AL-led Grand Alliance candidate for Rangpur-3 constituency.

Earlier, the balloting began at 8:00am and continued till 4:00pm without any break amid tight security with the deployment of over 7 lakh security members across the country.
