Kamal, Anisul receive phone calls to take oath as ministers

Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal and Law Minister Anisul Huq received phone calls from the cabinet division to take oath as ministers on Sunday.

Sources at the cabinet division said phone calls are being made to members of the new cabinet since Sunday noon.

Cabinet Secretary Mohammad Shafiul Alam will announce the names of members of the new cabinet around 5:00pm today.

Planning Minister AHM Mustafa Kamal, Awami League Joint General Secretary Dipu Moni, Water Resources Minister Anwar Hossain Manju, State Minister for Foreign Affairs Md Shahriar Alam, State Minister for Information and Communication Technology Zunaid Ahmed Palak, Organizing Secretaries of Awami League Mohibul Hasan Chowdhury Nowfel and Javed Khalid Mahmud Chowdhury, Golam Dastagir Gazi, Tipu Munshi, Jahid Ahsan Rasel, Bir Bahadur, AKM Enamul Hoque Shameem, SM Rezaul Karim, Anamul Rahman, Sadhan Chandra Majumdar, and Dr Abdur Razzak, S M Rezaul Karim Mustafa Jabbar, Ashraf Ali Khan Khasru, among others, got the call to be part of the new Cabinet.
