Alokito Nandail celebrates Dhaka University’s founding centenary

A get together ceremony under the banner of Alokito Nandail, the Facebook Page platform of the upazila’s current and former students of Dhaka University (DU), was held on the campus on the occasion of the university’s founding centenary.

A good number of students of the upazila attended the progrmme in a festive mood at Shaheed Munier Chowdhury Auditorium at TSC on Saturday last.

Professor Dr Md Aminul Haque Bhuyan, former Vice-Chancellor (VC) of the Shahjalal University of Science and Technology (SUST) in Sylhet and former Director of the Institute of Nutrition and Food Science (INFS), University of Dhaka presided over the function.
