New Market clashes’ claim another life

Tuesday’s clash between businessmen and students of Dhaka College in New Market area in the capital resulted in the death of a shop employee Md Morsalin, 24, on Thursday.

DMCH police camp in-charge (inspector)Bachchu Mia has confirmed the death. 

He said a young man named Morsalin was injured in the clash at New Market and rushed to Dhaka Medical College Hospital. He succumbed to his injuries in the ICU in the morning.

Earlier, Nahid Hasan, 20, was killed in a clash between students of Dhaka College and shop workers at New Market on Tuesday. 

Nahid's autopsy was completed at Dhaka Medical College Hospital on Wednesday and he was then buried at Azimpur Graveyard in the city.
