Legal notice served to foreign minister for resignation

Supreme Court lawyer Ershad Hossain Rashed sent a legal notice to Foreign Minister AKM Abdul Momen to resign within 48 hours  for his 'controversial' speech. 

The notice says that the foreign minister cannot do what he has requested to the Indian government to keep Sheikh Hasina in power. Because the constitution says that the people are the source of all power. He has made unconstitutional statements and has lost the qualification to hold the ministerial post.
