Stocks end their six-day losing skid

Bangladeshi stocks modestly increased, ending a slide that had lasted six days on Thursday.

At 12:30 p.m., the DSEX, the main index of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE), rose 2 points, or 0.04 percent.

47 of the securities had price increases, 86 price decreases, and 134 price statics.

The Chittagong Stock Exchange's Caspi, an all-share price index, dropped 0.12 points, or 0.06 percent, to 18,320.

16 of the concerns increased, 22 decreased, and 37 stayed the same.
