Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy to celebrate PM’s birthday

A series of events have been planned by Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy to honour Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on her 76th birthday on Wednesday.

A fun kids' art camp will be held in conjunction with the unveiling of a portrait of the prime minister as part of a program called "Sabujer Buke Manobotar Jononi."

The event will take place from 3pm to 5pm.

The National Music and Dance Auditorium will open at 6 pm with a special discussion and cultural event. The discussion segment will feature both youthful speakers and well-known cultural luminaries.

The kids' excellent musical and dancing performances will be featured in the cultural program. The BSA artists will also perform the songs "Bhawaiya" and "Baul" throughout the show.

From September 28 until October 4 at the National Art Gallery of Bangladesh, an exhibition honouring the Prime Minister's life and contributions will be on display.
