Alia Bhatt to make Hollywood debut in Netflix’s ‘Heart of Stone’ with Gal Gadot

Popular Indian actress Alia Bhatt is scheduled to play with "Wonder Woman" actress Gal Gadot in the international spy thriller film "Heart of Stone," marking her Hollywood debut in a big studio project.

Jamie Dornan, who starred in "Fifty Shades of Grey," will also appear in the project, which is a Netflix and Skydance co-production.

Bhatt shared a post from Deadline Hollywood on her Instagram account, confirming the news.

Meanwhile, her latest film, "Gangubai Kathiawadi," has been a box office success in India, with the third-best pandemic-era opening and the greatest non-holiday opening for a Bollywood picture last weekend.

Gadot has already begun filming "Heart of Stone." The actress recently uploaded a video of herself on the set of the film on Instagram.

Tom Harper will direct the film "Heart of Stone."
