BNP outlines the ‘state structure repair’

BNP on Monday has announced the outline of 27 points of the ongoing 'state structure repair' movement. 

The party came up with the outline eight days after announcing the 10 points of the simultaneous movement. 

The ‘state structure repair’ was finalized after several rounds of dialogue with like-minded political parties to form a simultaneous anti-government movement.

There are 27 points including the formation of the economic reforms commission, formation of constitution reform commission, formation of national reconciliation commission, introduction of electoral non-partisan caretaker government, balancing the executive powers of the president and the prime minister, introduction of upper house legislature, amendment of Article 70 of the constitution, amendment of election commission appointment act, constitution of judicial commission, formation of administrative reforms commission, formation of media commission, appointment of ombudsman.
