AL’s 'peace rally' at Bangabandhu Avenue at noon

Awami League has again called for a peace rally despite announcing that it will not hold any program on the streets during the month of Ramadan.

After a break of about 25 days, the ruling party is going to organize a peace rally in the capital on Monday.

In continuation of the ongoing movement, BNP will hold a sit-in program at the union level across the country today.

A peace rally will be held under the banner of Dhaka Metropolitan South Awami League in front of the party's central office at Bangabandhu Avenue in the capital at 2 pm.

The party's general secretary and bridges minister Obaidul Quader along with central leaders will attend the rally.
