AL's road tour for election campaign begins

Awami League has started its election campaign to southeastern Bangladesh through a road tour on Saturday morning.
The road tour was started around 8:30am from the political office of ruling party's President and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina in capital's Dhanmondi.
Awami League General Secretary and Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader is leading the tour which will end in the tourism city of Cox's Bazar via port city Chattagram.
The national unity rally at Mohanagar Natya Mancha will be ended peacefully, hoped Quader adding that law enforcers will take necessary measures if there will any kind of chaos in the rally.
The minister said that people's confidence in the Awami League has been increased. Quoting a survey of IRI, he said around 66 percent countrymen have lent out their support for Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina while 64 percent support the Awami League led government.
