Bangladesh Navy gets new chief

Chairman of Chittagong Port Authority Riar Admiral Nizamuddin Ahmed has been appointed as the new Chief of Bangladesh Navy.
A circular in this regard has been issued by the government on Thursday.
An assistant director of Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) Directorate, Rezaul Karim, has said.
His appointment will be effective from January 27.
Riar Admiral Nizamuddin Ahmed will be the successor of Admiral Muhammad Farid Habib.
