No bar to evict Biharis out of Mirpur camp

The High Court (HC) in its order on Tuesday said, 'There is no bar for eviction of Urdu-speaking Biharis living outside the Mirpur Bihari camp in Dhaka.
A High Court bench of Justice Moinul Islam Chowdhury and Justice JBM Hasan has passed the order in this regard on the day.
The HC bench, however, said that only National ID card holders among the Bihari members would be rehabilitated simultaneously.
