Graft probe on Public Works Minister 'to be continued'

The Supreme Court has overturned a High Court verdict acquitting Public Works Minister Engineer Mosharraf Hossain of graft charges.
An appeals bench of four members, led by Chief Justice Surendra Kumar Sinha, gave the verdict on Sunday on a petition by the Anti Corruption Commission (ACC).
Barrister Tanjibu Islam made the hearing on behalf of Engineer Mosharraf Hossain, while Khurshid Alam Khan represented ACC on the court.
After the verdict was given, Mr Khurshid informed as the HC verdict has been overturned there is no legal binding to restrict the probe now.
