'Action'll be taken who gave judgement under inappropriate law'

Law Minister Anisul Huq said action will be taken against the Judge who gave justice under an inappropriate law.
The minister said this to journalist after an function held at Judicial Administration Training Institute on Sunday.
The minister said, "Departmental actions will be taken against the Judge. If there any criminal or civil offence occurred, case'll be filed too."
He further told, "There will never be any mistake in the Judiciary-- it's a no guaranty. But we must try hard not to repeat them again."
