Maasranga TV CEO Fahim Munaim dies

Chief Executive Officer and Chief Editor at Maasranga Television Syed Fahim Munaim died of cardiac arrest, the television reports.
Fahim breathed his last at his Gulshan residence around 6:00 am on Wednesday.
His body has been kept at Square Hospital mortuary.
He served as executive editor of The Daily Star from 1996 till 2010.
He also worked in Sangbad, Morning Sun and UNB.
In 2007 Fahim Munaim became press secretary to the then caretaker government's Chief Adviser.
His father Syed Nuruddin was journalist too.
Information Minister Hasanul Haque Inu and Information Secretary Mortuza Ahmad expressed deep mourning for the death of Fahim Munaim.
