Arrest warrant for 59 BNP activists including Selima-Bulu

A Dhaka court has issued arrest warrants against 59 leaders and activists of BNP including Selima Rahman and Barkatullah Bulu in Motijheel arson attack case.

After accepting charges against 87 accused, Judge (in-charge) Ruhul Amin of Metropolitan Sessions Judge Court passed the order on Wednesday showing the 59 fugitive.   

BNP leaders Maruf Kamal Khan, Shamsur Rahman Shimul Biswas, Shirin Sultana, Azizul Bari Helal, Kayum Commissioner, Latif Commissioner are also among the accused.

The case was filed against 76 people on January 25 last year with Motijheel Police Station. But police later pressed charges against 87 people.
