Milad at PMO marking Bangabandhu’s 41st martyrdom

A milad and doa mahfil was held at the Prime Minister's Office (PMO) after Zohr prayers on Sunday, marking the 41st martyrdom anniversary of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, reports the UNB.

 

Prime Minister's Political Affairs Adviser HT Imam, Energy Adviser Dr Towfique-e-Elahi Chowdhury and Principal Secretary Md Abul Kalam Azad spoke on the life and works of the Father of the Nation.

 

PM's Economic Affairs Adviser Dr Moshiur Rahman, Press Secretary Ihsanul Karim and other officials and employees of the PMO were present on the occasion.

 

A special munajat was offered seeking eternal peace of the departed soul of Bangabandhu and other martyrs of the August 15 carnage, and continued peace, progress and prosperity of the nation.
