Videos of ‘Avijit killers’ published

Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) has published five videos of six suspected killers of science writer and blogger Avijit Roy.

The DMP uploaded the videos taken from CCTV footages on its official Facebook page this afternoon and wanted information about the suspected killers.

“In the five video footages, it is seen that six people followed Avijit and his wife. Later they brutally killed Avijit and managed to flee,” said DMP's Deputy Commissioner (South) Masrukur Rahman Khaled.

Unknown assailants hacked and brutally killed the Bangladeshi born American citizen and seriously injured his blogger wife Rafida Ahmed Bonya on the Dhaka University campus on February 26, 2015.
