JCI initiates ‘Green Dreams’ to create awareness for tree plantation

Junior Chamber International (JCI) Dhaka North members initiated a project titled “Green Dreams” aiming to create awareness for tree plantation in the most remote parts of the country.

As a first phase of the project the JCI Dhaka North team had gone to Kakoirchar in Tangail recently and covered the area, said a press release.

They visited the local school there with a view to building tree plantation awareness while 1000 plants were also distributed among the local people, added the press release.

The ADC of Tangail Mr. Anwar Hossain, JCI Dhaka North Local President & Country Manager of Instant Cash Sanjana Farid, Local Vice President Kanij Fatema, Local Secretary General Azhar Mahmood, Local Chairman, the School Managing Committee & the locals were present on the occasion.
