Mahmudur Rahman released on bail

Acting editor of the daily Amar Desh Mahmudur Rahman has been released from jail on bail.

He walked out from Kashimpur Central Jail part-2 in Gazipur around 1:00pm on Wednesday.

Nasir Ahmed, jailer of the part, confirmed the matter to Samakal Online.

Mahmudur Rahman had been in jail since April 11 in 2013.
