477 porn websites blocked in BD

The authorities of Bangladesh Telecommunication and Regulatory Commission (BTRC) today blocked at least 477 porn websites in the country.
BTRC spokesperson, Sarwar Alam, has confimred the blocking to Samakal on Wednesday (today).
The sites have been blocked as per government’s direction, says the BTRC official.
This blocking actions will be continued in future, he added saying, ‘Information in this regard have been shared with the concerned ministry.’
