Irad Ahmed placed on 4-day remand

A Dhaka court has placed Irad Ahmed Siddique, son of former BNP standing committee member Chowdhury Tanveer Ahmed Siddique, on a four-day remand.
Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Khurshid Alam passed the order on Thursday.
Members of Counter Terrorism and Transnational Crime (CTTC) unit of DMP arrested Irad Ahmed Siddique from Airport area in the city in connection with a case filed under the ICT Act early today.
