11 criminal cases: Khaleda skips today’s hearing

BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia won’t appear before a Dhaka court on Tuesday for hearing in a sedition and 10 other criminal cases.
Khaleda's Chief Counsel Sanaullah Mia said, “Madam cannot appear before the trial court due to illness. We will file a time petition.”
The BNP chief is scheduled to appear before the court of Dhaka Metropolitan Sessions Judge Mohammad Kamrul Hossain Molla today.
One of the 11 cases accuses Khaleda of sedition while the rest were filed over sabotage.
