11 criminal cases: Khaleda won't appear before court today

BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia won’t appear before a Dhaka court on Tuesday for hearing in a sedition and 10 other criminal cases.

Khaleda Zia's lawyer Joynal Abedin Mazbah said, “We will file a time petition as Khaleda Zia won't appear before court today.”

The BNP chief is scheduled to appear before the court of Dhaka Metropolitan Sessions Judge Mohammad Kamrul Hossain Molla today.

One of the 11 cases accuses Khaleda of sedition while the rest were filed over sabotage.
