Launch service resumes across the country after 24hrs

Launch operations across the country resumed on Tuesday morning after being suspended for a day due to cyclone Sitrang.

The launch operation started this morning at 9:45am, according to Mobarak Hossain Majumder, a public relations representative for the Bangladesh Inland Water Transport Authority (BIWTA).

Launch preparations were suspended nationwide on Monday morning at 10 a.m. due to storm Sitrang's influence.
