Titas disconnecting 3,000 gas lines

Gas distribution company Titas has started an operation in Dhaka North City Corporation area from 10 am on Monday morning to cut off the connection of three thousand residential customers of Dhaka who have not paid outstanding bills.

An official of Titas Metro Dhaka Marketing Division (North) confirmed this information to The Daily Samakal.

He said, “Operations are being conducted to disconnect these connections by dividing into 42 groups. If all the connections are not cut off in one day, the campaign will be made on the second day.”

He also said that the connection will be given again if the dues are paid.
