Tofazzel Hossain Miah made principal secretary to PM

Tofazzel Hossain Miah, a senior secretary of the Prime Minister's Office (PMO), has been made Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina's principal secretary.

Ahmad Kaikaus, the outgoing principal secretary, will be replaced by Tofazzel.

Additionally, Mohammad Salahuddin, the PM's Personal Secretary (additional secretary), has been promoted to secretary at the PMO.

The Public Administration Ministry published separate gazette notifications in this regard on Wednesday.
