Kabir Bin Anwar made cabinet secretary

The government has appointed Kabir Bin Anwar, senior secretary at the water resources ministry, as the cabinet secretary.

The Ministry of Public Administration issued a gazette notification in this regard on Sunday.

On February 15, 1988, Kabir began working for the government as an assistant commissioner.

It is learnt that Petrobangla Chairman Nazmul Ahsan is replacing Kabir Bin Anwar in the Ministry of Water Resources.

Kabir Bin Anwar is a 7th batch officer of BCS (Administration) cadre. He was born on January 4, 1964 in a noble Muslim family of Sirajganj district.
