GM Quader will not be able to perform duties of Jatiya Party chairman

GM Quader cannot serve as Jatiya Party (JaPa) chairman until further orders.

The three-member bench of the Appellate Division headed by Chief Justice Hasan Foez Siddiqui gave this order on Wednesday.

At the same time, the court ordered to settle the ongoing case filed against GM Quader by January 9.
