Minimum hajj package Tk 6.72 lakh: Haab

The minimal cost to perform the hajj this year under private administration is Tk 6,72,618, said Hajj Agencies Association of Bangladesh (Haab).

HAAB president Shahadat Hossain announced the package at a ceremony in the city.

This year, the cost of performing the hajj under private administration increased by Tk 1.49 lakh.

The government on Wednesday set the cost of performing the hajj for each pilgrim at Tk 6,83,018.
