Fire breaks out at Karail slum

A fire incident has taken place in Karail slum in the capital at 4:30 pm on Sunday.

Confirming the blazing incident, Fire Service Headquarters media cell officer Anwarul Islam Dolan said a total of nine units of fire service are working to tame the fire.

Initially, the cause of the fire and the extent of the damage were not known. No casualty was reported till filing of this report at 5:17pm.
