Fire catches at Sitakunda cotton warehouse

A fire has broken out in a cotton depot in Chhoto Kumira area of Sitakunda in Chittagong around on Saturday morning.

Sitakunda Fire Service Senior Station Officer Nurul Alam Dulal said five units of firefighters from Sitakunda and Kumira fire stations are trying to douse the flame.

"The fire broke out at 10:30am at a big cotton warehouse owned by SL Group,” he said.
