RU entry test begins Monday

Admission tests for the first-year honours courses under the academic sessions of 2022-23 at Rajshahi University (RU) will begin on Monday.

The RU administration has taken all out necessary preparations to hold the three-day entry test successfully.

RU sources said a total of 1,78,591 enlisted students are going to fight for 4,467 seats in 59 departments under 10 faculties and two institutes this year.

The admission tests will be held in A, B and C units scheduled to be held from May 29 to 31.

Admission tests for 'C' (Science) units will be held on May 29, while May 30 and May 31 have been fixed for 'A' (Humanity) and 'B' (Commerce) units.

There will be four tests per day from 9 am to 10 am, 11 am to 12 pm, 1 pm to 2 pm, and 3.30 pm to 4.30 pm.

There will be 80 multiple-choice questions on each of the 100-mark examinations.

All applicants will not be permitted to keep their cell phones, calculators, or other electronic devices with memory cards.
