RU admission test for 'A' unit underway

Admission tests for the first-year honours courses of 'A' (Humanity) unit under the academic sessions of 2022-23 at Rajshahi University (RU) have begun.

The test for the first shift will be held from 9am to 10am on Tuesday. Three other shifts of this test will be held on the same day and end at 4:30pm.

There will be four tests per day from 9am to 10am, 11am to 12pm, 1pm to 2pm, and 3.30pm to 4.30pm. There will be 80 multiple-choice questions on each of the 100-mark examinations.

Tests for the 'B' (Commerce) unit will be held on May 31. The tests for the 'C' (Science) unit were held on Monday.

The RU administration has taken all out necessary preparations to hold the three-day entry test successfully. RU sources said a total of 1,78,591 enlisted students are going to fight for 4,467 seats in 59 departments under 10 faculties and two institutes this year.

Applicants will not be permitted to keep their cell phones, calculators, or other electronic devices with memory cards.
