Advance train tickets available online from June 14

Prior to Eid-ul-Azha, Bangladesh Railway will make all intercity advance tickets available online.
The government will start selling tickets on June 14 at two different timeslots to ease the load on its server.
Railways Minister Nurul Islam Sujan revealed the information at a press conference that was held on Tuesday at the Rail Bhaban.
The West Zone will start selling tickets online at 8:00 am, while the East Zone will start at noon, he said.
Additionally, on June 4, BR will launch a new train on the Dhaka-Chilahati line and operate a total of eight special trains during the Eid rush.
Train tickets will go on sale for the June 24 departure on June 14 and for the June 25, 26, 27 and 28 departures on June 15, 16, 17 and 18.
