Launch of digital filing aims to "improve government decision-making"

The government is modernizing its document filing and transfer system to improve its decision-making process, according to Finance Minister AHM Mustafa Kamal.

The minister came up with the updated while placing the national budget for 2023-24 fiscal year at Jatiya Sangsad on Thursday.

"The D-Nothi [digital filing] system, the most recent version of the current E-Nothi [electronic filing], has been introduced to improve transparency and efficiency in the government's decision-making process," he added.

The minister said that all government agencies will gradually start adopting it.
