BRACU ranks 5th in THE Impact Rankings this year

BRAC University (BRACU) has secured the fifth position in the world for the United Nations’ (UN) ‘Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 1: No poverty’ in Times Higher Education (THE) University Impact Rankings 2023.

BRACU also received the 1st position in Bangladesh and is within 301- 400th globally in overall ranking, reads a press release. The rankings included 1,599 universities from 112 countries this year.

THE Global Impact Rankings measure the social, economic and environmental impact, in alignment with UN SDGs. The SDGs were adopted by United Nations to end poverty, protect the planet and ensure that all people enjoy peace and prosperity by 2030.
