RAB arrests 5 men of kidney buying-selling clique

Rapid Action Battalion (RAB), in a drive, have arrested five people, including the mastermind of a kidney buying and selling group in the city on Thursday.

The arrestees are Md Anisur Rahma, Md Ariful Islam, Md Salauddin Tuhin, Md Enamul Hossain Parvez, and Md Saiful Islam.

Commanding officer (CO) lieutenant colonel Muhammad Mostak Ahmed at a press conference at RAB's Karwan Bazar media centre made the disclosure about the arrest.

He said acting on a tip off, a team of RAB conducted drive in different areas of the capital and arrested them. 

Copies of the undertaking and the affidavit of the agreement made with the victim have been recovered from them, he added.
