Toll rate set for Dhaka Elevated Expressway

The government has set a fee for using the Dhaka Elevated Expressway.

On Sunday, the announcement was made by the minister of roads and bridges, Obaidul Quader, at the Secretariat

The cost to enter the expressway is Tk 80 for a car, taxi, jeep, SUV, microbus (under 16 seats), light truck (under three tonnes), Tk 320 for a medium-sized truck (up to six wheels), Tk 400 for a truck (with more than six wheels), and Tk 160 for all types of buses (16 seats and above), according to a press release.
