Parts of Dhaka where gas supply will remain suspended today

Gas supply will remain suspended in some parts of the capital for eight hours on Thursday, said the Titas Gas Transmission and Distribution Company.

Due to emergency gas pipe replacement work, the gas supply for all consumers will remain shut in the Taltala, Goran, Sipahibagh, Tilpapara, Shantipur, South Banasree, and the North part of Nandipara area from 10am to 6pm on August 24, according to a notification from Titas.

The consumers in neighbouring areas may experience low pressure in their gas supplies as well, the notification added.
